Are the International Publisher Awards open to citizens outside of the United States? Absolutely, the Book and eBook awards are open to all English Language Books who qualify for our submissions guidelines. We have entries from not only the US, but Canada, Australia, UK, Ireland, Scotland, Germany, South Africa, and we continue to expand around the globe.
Why do you accept a PDF version of a print book? We are environmentally conscious at International Publisher Awards and will accept the PDF version of the print book. If the author would like to send the PDF version to save money and natural resources our judges will evaluate them on the same basis as the printed version of the book.
Are Awards Programs worth the money and time? Awards programs are one of the most economical ways to increase the prestige of your Book or eBook, increase the visibility of your title, increase your credibility as an author/expert in your field, expand your marketing through our marketing campaigns, expand your social media platform, and are found to have a positive influence on media, buyers, and book reviewers.
If I fill out the online entry form and pay online, how do you judge my book? We have given you the option to enter our awards program and pay for it online, but you still have to submit your eBook or Book. You have the option to send a physical copy of your book, or electronic file of your book or eBook saved on a USB or Thumb Drive, but please include a copy of your entry form receipt and a copy of your online payment receipt so we may give you the proper credit. If you email us a download link of your Book/eBook; please include your contact information, attach a copy of your entry form and payment receipt. Due to the large number of entries, please allow up to 2 weeks for us to send you a confirmation email that your entry form, payment, and Book/eBook have been received and processed.
When Can I send in a Nomination for the 2017 IPA Awards? Nomination period for 2017 awards: November 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017. If you miss the nomination deadline, you can still enter the 2017 IPA Awards.
Does it cost anything to send in a Nomination for the 2017 IPA Awards? No, nominating a Book, eBook or Music is absolutely free & you do not need to become a member of IPA, simply fill out the Online Nomination Form completely before the deadline of December 31, 2017.
What Can I Nominate for the 2017 IPA Awards? All products being Nominated (Book, eBook, Music) must be commercially released with a published date 2013-2017, Books/eBook must have a valid ISBN, Music must have a valid ISRC for the 2017 IPA Awards™. Only (1) nomination per book title or album title.
How many times can my Book be Nominated for 2017 IPA Awards? One nomination per Book, eBook, Song, or Album will be accepted for the (1) free entry. Additional entries for the nominated Book, eBook, Song, or Album are available for purchase on the website.
What Do Nominees for the 2017 IPA Book Awards Receive? Nominees receive (1) free Category Entry! No purchase necessary to enter the 2017 IPA Awards contest. Nominees must fill out the online entry form and send us the Book, eBook, Song or Album entered. If the nominee would like to also enter additional categories, they can choose to do so.
Are there any Restrictions for Nominees? No restrictions; however, IPA Awards Submissions committee has the right to deny or disqualify any nomination, for any reason and nominees will not receive priority over standard entries.
